The STORBOSS range of elevators has been designed and engineered from extensive knowledge and expertise in the transportation of produce and materials. Product care and speed are at the forefront of STORBOSS design.
The basis of design centres around a pressed steel side boom, with a toughened backbone of RHS steel, giving immense strength, while still being light and manoeuvrable.
The smooth action, high speed, sealed rollers with double sets on the return, allow the belt to run smoothly and quickly, with minimal noise and vibration.
'Simple controls'
The vulcanised endless belt, 600mm wide with a deep 'V' shaped profile and a 25mm high moulded cleat in a chevron pattern, feeds produce or materials inline and clear of mechanical parts.
The deep trough of the belt ensures high throughput even at lower speeds and minimal produce damage due to rolling and bumping.
STORBOSS elevators are light, strong and superbly balanced for safe operation by one person working on their own. Smooth action pneumatic road wheels with swivel action and jack ease turning. Powered wheel swivelling is offered as an option, as are powered drive wheels. The drawbar is adjustable to suit all working heights.
STORBOSS can be powered by three-phase or single-phase electrics. Petrol-engined models are also available. All electric models are fitted with a generous 20m of power supply cable. Wiring is to EU health and safety standards.
